Project Overview
Owned by Alvernia University as a place for their presiding president to live, the exterior of the historic Cedar Hill property needed a refresh. The university hired Burkey Custom Services to create custom exterior trim and deck railings that would mimic the historical features of the house, as well as repair some of the existing carpentry on site.
